Base Vehicle

• 800 EFI Twin Cylinder Engine

Chassis

• Aluminum superstructure on base frame.

Front Deck and Superstructure

• Rail tie down channel recessed in deck top with added periphery tie downs.
• Deck height 5 ½ inches (14cm) lower than standard Sportsman 6X6 front rack.
• Entire assembly folds forward for service access to radiator. Hand operated latches provide access.
• Roll over bar on rear of front deck to protect operator controls.
• Front mounted 3500 lb winch integrated and recessed into superstructure.
• Two forward vehicle transport tie down locations.

Rear Deck and Superstructure

• Double aluminum C channel top frame and rear deck support.
• Rail tie down channel recessed in deck top with added periphery tie downs.
• Rollover bar on front of rear deck to match front deck rollover bar.
• Rear 3500 lb winch integrated and recessed into rear bumper and hitch.
• Two rear vehicle transport tie down locations.

Driver/Passenger Cockpit

• Control panel with switches and gauges separate from steering column.
• Access on front side of control panel for servicing gauges and wiring.
• Storage area in front of driver seat.
• Passenger seating on each side of driver with under seat storage.

Side Panels

• Quick detach side panels/foot rests for quick service access to engine on right side and CVT on left side.
• Secondary foot rests for emergency operation with side panels/footrests removed.

CVT Access

• Quick access CVT cover for belt changing.
• Petcock water drain on CVT cover.

Engine

• Recoil back-up starter.
• Back-up battery to power EFI if main battery discharged.
• Quick access to spark plugs for servicing.

Cooling System

• Large oversize radiator for cooling in severe duty conditions.

Fuel System

• Fuel tanks integrated into rear chassis. 15 gallon (57 liter) capacity.
• Fuel fills under seat.

Controls

• Hand warmers and throttle thumb warmer.
• Six DC outlets – 2 at front dash area, 2 on each side at passenger seat storage.

Undercarriage

• Aluminum plate - ¼ in (6mm) - undercarriage skid protection for drive train and suspension components.
• Heavy duty front A-arms – box beam with heavy duty automotive style lower ball joint.

Optional Military Spec Available

• Front toe bar with integrated wire cutter. Stows under rear deck. Fits military pintle hitch.
